      <description>&lt;div&gt;i called aol and asked for broadband. i told them i was a 7 yr. loyal customer. they told me it was $48 a month. i told them sbc yahoo was charging $28 no gimmicks monthly for the first 3 years. it took me 20 min. to explain that it included e-mail. i switched to sbc. like the wall street journal said a week ago " aol will
&lt;br/&gt;continue to lose customers to sbc yahoo and comcast until they go under. aol simply does not get it.&lt;/div&gt;
